Mené par Neil Hannon, The Divine Comedy, dont le nom est inspiré par l'oeuve de Dante, a écrit une dizaine d'albums depuis sa création en 1989. In Pursuit of happiness est extrait de A Short Album About Love, sorti en 1997. Il y a même un petit lien vers une vidéo en concert.
